See, e.g., Beauclair v. State, 308 Kan. 284, 419 P.3d 1180 (2018),  and  In re P.L.B., 40 Kan.App.2d 182 (2008).
  • Primary focus of practice has been defense of the accused, both adults and juveniles, throughout the State of Kansas for the past 36 years, but handles manyother types of legal matters.
